A Macaroni Minute + Giveaway!
from the Macaroni Momma
I hope you have all had a very Happy Valentine's Day! The Mac-Daddy did a very good job of letting us all know how very much he loves us. He bought a box of valentines for each of the mini-macaronies, (Princess Valnetines for the Lady Mini-Mac, and Batman for Sir Mini-Mac) and wrote out clues on each of them that lead them all over the house (and backyard) to their hidden Valentine treat from him.
A beautiful pink rose, and a plate of chocolate dipped strawberries awaited me on the kitchen table Valentine's morning, and when I went to deliever the cupcake I'd bought the Mac-Daddy, he surprised me again with a made from scratch heartshaped red-velvet cake that he had commissioned his co-worker's wife to make for him! It was a delicious Valentine's Day to say the least!
In other news, there are some great articles this week including a video craft--How cool is that? A fun recipe for using up leftover lasagna noodles and meat sauce, and lot's more!
