All I really have to say this week is "Whoosh!"  It's been a busy time lately for me!  I'm sure it has for you all too!  We've had t-ball games, business meetings, school, compliance meetings, a kindergarten graduation to plan and produce, (Congrats to my little man!) and of course, a weekly newsletter to publish!  Throw in a Facebook contest (when Facebook has absolutely been giving me FITS and not working right!) and I'm ready for a few days off!  Well, I just have to hold ...

OOH-LA-LA! Each girl will have oodles of fun stuffing their own Fancy Nancy 15” Posh Pet. Choose from oodles of puppies, kitties, horse, dolls and more! We’ll make birth certificates, adorn (that’s a fancy word for decorate) our posh puppies with ribbon and prepare for our Posh Pet Parade on the Runway. Activities also include dress-up and makeup.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Shortcakes

This super easy recipe is an easy and delicious twist on traditional Strawberry Shortcake.

Ingredients:

1 Box White or Yellow Cake Mix

3 Eggs

1 8 oz. Package Softened Cream Cheese

¼ cup All Purpose Flour

2 Quarts of Strawberries

¼ cup Granulated Sugar

Whipped Cream

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Wash and cut up fresh strawberries, mix in a bowl with granulated sugar and set aside
